This week marks the 150th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's Assassination. Check out this very interesting interactive piece in the NYTimes about the shrines NYers created when they heard of his death. Even if you don't believe in how Lincoln handled the war (ie war of Northern Aggression), he must be revered for his focus, determination and courage of his convictions.
